摘要
玉米小斑病菌T、C、O三个小种及其毒素,在玉米同核异质自交系寄主上的反应、毒素产量,在不同培养基上与不同温度下菌落的生长速度、孢子形态、发芽方式、孢子萌发速度及产孢量的试验结果表明:T小种在T细胞质上、C小种在C细胞质上接种发病以及毒素致病都表现了较其它细胞质敏感,毒素的生成量T小种和C小种远比O小种为多,其它生物学特性也有明显差异.
Inbred lines of Zea mays with different cytoplasms were inoculated with race T,C,O of B.maydis,and the reactions and toxin yields of each race and their colony growing speeds, spore forms, germinant types and speeds,and amounts of spores per area were studied. The results showed that C cytoplasm to race C and T cytoplasm to race T were more sensitive than other cytoplasms, toxin amounts produced by race T and race C were much more than that of race O,and other biological traits were also different significantly.
