Institutional innovation and establishment of high-level min ban colleges

近 2 0年来 ,我国民办高等教育经过艰难曲折的发展历程 ,已成为国家高教系统中不可缺少的一部分 ,民办高校发展的数量与规模均有了很大的发展 ,但是民办高校整体办学实习不强 ,社会认可度不高 ,可持续发展能力比较弱 ,民办高等教育只有优化外部环境 ,走集团化发展道路 ,通过体制变革 ,建立现代大学制度 ,才能促进民办高等教育整体水平提高。

In recent two decades, China's min ban (people\|run) higher education has experienced tortuous development and become an indispensable part of China's higher education system. The number and scale of min ban colleges have increased rapidly while their whole strength is not strong enough and their reputations are not recognized by society, thus their abilities of sustainable development are weak. Only by optimizing the outer environment and forming group, innvating institutions and establishing modern university institutions, can the whole level of min ban higher education be improved.
