高校教师的“怕”——一项关于高校教师生活压力的研究

The fear of university teachers ——A study on the life stress of university teachers

对广东部分高校教师的测试结果表明 ,高校教师的“怕”来自人际关系 ,家庭、经济、安全 ,工作、生活、事业 ,工作环境 ,工作目标 ,个人安全与尊重 ,工作任务等方面 ,主要与工作有关 ,属工作应激。应有针对性地采取措施 。

The study explored the fear of the university teachers of Guangdong province. The results showed that the fear of the university teachers included seven factors:(1)interpersonal relation factor;(2)family-economy-security factor;(3)work-life-career factor;(4) working environment factor;(5)working goal factor;(6)personal security and respect factor;(7)working task factor. The fear of the university teachers were related to work. Measures should be taken to relieve their psychological stress.
