摘要
本文认为大学的中心工作是教学 ,大学教师必须搞好教学 ,大学教师教学存在问题的现实迫切性需要大学教师进行有效教学 ,指出大学有效教学应是以学科为中心、以学生为中心、以融洽的师生关系为基础的有效教学 。
Hold that the central work in universities is teaching, teachers in universities must teach well and universities want teachers to teach effectively because there are some serious problems in teaching. Point out that effective teaching is subject-centre, student-centre and is based on. harmonious relation between teachers and students. The particular requirements for teachers to teach effectively is elaborated.
