Facing WTO: High School Need Cultivate the Creating Talent Vrgently

加入WTO ,使我国有些产业直接进入知识时代 ,这就要求人才要具有适应国际竞争的新观念 ,要有全球的视野、开放的观念 ,要有竞争意识 ,要按照国际市场公平竞争机制和依据法制办事。因此 ,高校急需培养熟悉国内外情况、外语水平高、专业知识扎实、有创新和实践精神的人才 。

With entering the World Trade Organization, some estates in our country have directly come into the knowledge era, and it demands that the talents should have the new concept to adapt to the international competition, that the talents should have the world-wide sight, the opening concept and the consciousness of competition, and that the talents should act according to the fair competition mechanism of international market and the legal system. So the high school should cultivate the talents who are familiar with the circumstances in-and-out of our country, and who have a good command of English, a solid academic knowledge, the spirit of creating and practising to face the college of WTO.
