By means of comparison between the climatic conditions in the original habitat and the biological characters of the Amazonian snail (Ampullaria gigas Spix. ) the ecological factor indexes for breeding are determined, and couesqueutly, the adaptive regions are divided and assessed comprehensively for rapid and rational development of the new aquaic breeding.
