环丙沙星β-环糊精包合物毒性研究

Study on Toxicity of Inclusion Complex of Ciprofloxacin-Cyclodextrin

为了研究环丙沙星β-环糊精包合物的一般毒性 ,采用改良 Karber法测定小白鼠肌肉注射环丙沙星 β-环糊精包合物的 L D50 。以剂量递增染毒法测定小白鼠蓄积毒性和耐受性 ,按股四头肌法进行局部刺激试验。结果证明小白鼠肌注环丙沙星 β-环糊精包含物的 L D50 为 2 42 .49mg/ kg,本药对小白鼠无明显蓄积毒性、耐受性和局部刺激反应。

To study the toxicity of the inclusion complex of ciprofloxacin β cyclodextrin (CFβ CD),This test determined LD 50 by Improved karber method, accumulative toxicity and tolerance test by progressive dose increasing method, local irritation test by Quadriceps femorial muscle method.The results indicated that LD 50 (i.m.) of the inclusion complex of CF β CD was 242.49 mg/kg. Accumulative toxicity, tolerance and local irritation results were all negative.
