摘要
出水室是影响泵装置效率的主要因素之一 ,对泵导叶后动能的回收起重要作用。采用雷诺时均方程结合 k-ε紊流模型方程研究了双向泵站出水室内的流动状况 ,提出了独特的曲线型出水结构。实验结果表明其模型装置效率最高 。
Outlet diffusion is one of the primary factors of affecting efficiency of a pumping system, and of affecting reclamation of kinetic energy. With a turbulent model, numerical simulation of the outlet diffusion flow for the two purposes pumping station is conducted. A curve outlet diffusion is developed in the model. A case study indicates that the efficiency in the new model is higher than that in any one of other three models. The calculated results coincide well with the experimental data in the new model.
