摘要
灭幼脲以其独特的杀虫方式 ,及其广谱、高效、低毒、低成本、残效期长等优点 ,被誉为“绿色农药”。目前 ,灭幼脲已被用于防治农林、果树、蔬菜、贮粮、畜牧、卫生等 90多种害虫。灭幼脲对昆虫的卵、幼虫、蛹、成虫都有一定的生物活性。其中 ,灭幼脲对成虫的不育作用 ,实质上是对子代卵孵化的抑制。研究表明 ,灭幼脲可由雌性成虫摄入并传递给卵 ,进而影响胚胎发育期间几丁质的代谢 。
DFB is called 'green pesticide' with the characters:individual mode of action, broad spectrum, high performance, hypovirulence, low cost, long residual efficient duration. Now DFB is widely used to control over 90 species insects of agriculture, forest, fruit, vegetable, store grain, graziery, sanitation and so on. It has some biological activities on the egg, larva, pupa, adult of pests and the essence of sterilization of DFB to the adult is inhibition on progeny egg′s incubation. It was reported that DFB ingested by the female is transferred to the progeny eggs and affected the chintin anabolism during embryonic development stage and inhibited egg hatching.
