Use of the Harmony Theory in Management of Colleges and Universties

在高校领导过程中 ,要充分重视协调职能的发挥。协调具有预警功能、协同功能和应急功能。在高校管理中发挥协调职能要面对目标多元化、系统无序化、权威趋弱化等高校特有的现象。高校领导要以目标凝聚人 ,以组织管理事 ,以影响感召人 。

During the leadership of colleges and universities, the leaders should attach importance to the functions of harmony including early warning, coordination and contingency. Such functions should be able to confront some characteristic phenomenon of colleges and universities, such as aim pluralism, system disorderliness and authority weakness. The leaders should coagulate with aims, manage with organizations and imple with influences, which will enhance the leaders′ unique skills of harmony.
