摘要
从基础课教学的特点出发 ,分析了基础课教师队伍在思想和业务素质方面的特殊要求 。
The special requirements of teachers staff for basic courses of college curricula in ideological and professional quality are analyzed from the characteristics of basic course teaching,and their significance to the construction of teachers staff for basic courses are emphasized.
