摘要
甘兰夜蛾核型多角体NPV82—17病毒株,经腹腔、静脉、口服感染裸鼠.被感染裸鼠9—37天的脏器经电镜观察,其肝、脾的枯否细胞和网状细胞的胞浆内都存有1至数个多角体.另将其脏器悬液回接靶昆虫棉铃虫,腹腔和静脉感染率为83—100%,口服感染率为7—77%.
Nuclear polyhedrosis virus strain, NPV 82-17, from Mamastra brass-icae (Lepidop.) was inoculated intraperitonealy, intravenously and orally into the bodies of nude mice. After 9-37 days, the viscera of the infected mice was examined under electron microscope. One or more polyhedron viruses were discovered in the liver and spleen Kupffer cells, and in the cytoplasm of the reticular cells of the nude mice. Moreover, the suspensions of the infected mice viscera were fed back to the target insects, Heliothis armigera (lepedoptera) larvae. The results showed that the larvae infected with NPV82-17 consisted of 83-100% in the intraperito-neal and intraveaous groups, and 7-77% in the oral group.
