Analysis of Biochemical Composition of Nostoc sphaeroides

摘要 测定了葛仙米的生化组成 ,结果表明 ,葛仙米的蛋白、氨基酸和总糖含量分别为 2 8.38%、2 3.35 %和2 4 .19% ;灰分和粗脂肪的含量分别为 14 .6 3%和 5 .34% ;还含有较为丰富的粗脂肪和无机元素 ,特别是钙。 The biochemical composition of Nostoc sphaeroides was analysed. The results indicated that protein, total amino acid and total carbohydrate content are 28 38%,23 35%, 24 19%, respectively. The ash and crude fat are 14 63% and 5 34%, and much Fe and Ca element are included in Nostoc sphaeroides.
