摘要
采用塔底一次曝气 ,塔顶液相折流而下与上升气相多次横向接触碰撞的工艺 ,结合单级气浮技术和精馏多级板式塔理论 ,提出了一种新的塔式气浮装置 .还对装置气浮塔板的布气性能及操作条件对含油废水除油效率的影响进行了实验研究 .结果表明 ,塔式气浮装置处理效果明显优于单级气浮装置 。
A new column flotation device based on one staged flotation technology and multi stage tray disstillation column theory is presented in this paper. The process is achieved by dispersing air in the bottom of the tray column and the water containing oil is treated on every tray of the column. The characteristics of air dispersion of the tray in the two stage flotation column, and the effect of various operation parameters on the efficiency of removing oil from the oil water waste were studied. Resuts show that efficiency of the column flotation technology is much better than that of the one stage flotation device.
