This paper mainly discusses the application of the wavelet transform in denoising of the uterine electrohysterography signal, and proposes a method that uses the algorithm 'à trou' with nonsymmetrical filters. The method is rapid in computation and the results are satisfying compared to the classical denoising techniques.
