摘要
研制出汽车散热器的一种新型试验方法 ,它不仅满足而且优于JB2 2 93 78的要求 .试验装置风洞的试验段为开口自由射流 ,其核心区的流场是均匀的 ,免去了JB2 2 93 78中所采用的风筒安装汽车散热器的麻烦 .在风洞的风速调节和水循环系统中水流量和水温采用了计算机控制 ,不仅节省了测试时间 ,而且大大地提高了测试精度 .为确保测试的顺利进行 。
A new test method for automobile radiators has been developed. Its efficiency can reach,even exceed that of the standard of JB2293 78.The open free jet flowing with a uniform flow field in core area was tested in a wind tunnel tester.The new test went on more more conveniently when it was compared with the test of automobile radiators in a wind cylinder as required by JB2293 78. As the wind speed in the wind tunnel and the flux and temperature of water in the circulation system are contralled by a computer,the test time can be reduced and the precision can be markedly increased.A manual contral system is prepared for the tester to smoothly carry out the test.
