摘要
不确定性分析是技术创新研究中的重要组成部分。本文剖析了技术创新的不确定性概念 ,刻划了技术创新的不确定性特征 ,揭示了技术创新的不确定性的哲学本质 ,并进一步分析了不确定性在技术创新中的双重性作用。
The uncertainty analysis is one of the most important subjects in the study of technological innovation.In this article the concept of uncertainty is analyzed,the uncerainty features of technological innovation is described,and the philosophic nature of uncertainty in technological innovation is revealed.Specially,it is stressed that uncertainty plays the dialectical function in the process of technological innovation.
