摘要
以脱乙酰化度为77.5%的壳聚糖为原料,分别将CS膜,CSA/PAN膜,CS-PVA/PAN膜用于乙醇/水混合物的分离,研究了原料组成、温度、膜厚等的影响.结果表明,这些膜均具有良好的分离性能,其中CS-PVA/PAN膜具有最优的渗透选择性.
As material,chitosan whose degree of deetytation is 77. 5% was treated. CS membrane, CSA/ PAN membrane, CS-PVA/PAN membrane were separately prepared and used to separate ethanol/Water mixture. The effects of feed composition、and temperature、membrane thickness on PV properties were studied. The result showed that the properties of these kinds of membranes are better, but the best is CS-PVA/PAN membrane. It possesses the biggest productivity.
