推铅球握持球技术常见错误动作的产生原因与纠正方法

The Main Reason and Put Right on the Way of Familiar Mistake Action of Grasping and Hold Mean of Shot-putter

本文采用观察、调查、记录等方法,现场观察、调查、统计425名大、中学学生推铅球握法与持球中的错误动作,并对结果进行统计学处理.结果表明:握法与持球的错误在中学生与大学生中约占总人数的三分之二, 具有普遍性,女生更甚于男生10-19个百分点.这种现象应引起广大体育工作者,特别是大、中学体育教师的深思.本文运用运动生物力学的基本原理,进行技术分析与正误对比,提出握法中最常见的错误动作和纠正错误的方法.

This article adopts observed method. Author observed actions of grasping and hold mean of shot -putter in the 425 college /high school students. The results was taked order with statistics. There are the 2/ 3 of total students that had mistake action . This is a general action school ?girls some more the school-boys. Physical education teachers should give rise to think deeply about this present situation. This article bring the main reason and put right on the way of familiar mistake action.
