摘要
分别以邻羟基对氨基苯甲酸钠、对氟苯甲醛、邻苯二甲酰亚胺为起始原料 ,制得 3个中间体 ,用其中 2个中间体经偶合、环化后与第 3个中间体反应 ,再经成盐制得产品 ,其摩尔总收率为 31.5 % .
The method of synthesis of mosapride citrate is introduced. First step is to obtain three intermediates from original raw materials:O Hydroxy P Amino Benzoxy Sodium, P Fluoro Benzaldehyde and Phthalimide. Then, coupling and cyclizing two of the three intermediates and synthesizing the outcome with the third intermediates and the final product are obtain.
