β-连接素在膀胱移行细胞癌中表达的意义

Expression and Significance of β-catenin in Transitional Cell Carcinoma

目的 探讨 β-连接素 (β-catenin)蛋白的表达及其与膀胱移行细胞癌组织学特征和侵袭的关系。 方法 采用免疫组化 SP法检测 46例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的β-catenin的表达。 结果 正常膀胱粘膜上皮细胞全部表达 β-catenin,膀胱移行细胞癌中 β-catenin的表达率分别是“+ + +”为 5 2 .1% (2 4/4 6) ,“+ +”为 3 2 .6% (15 /4 6) ,“+”为 15 .2 % (7/4 6)。侵袭型的膀胱移行细胞癌中 β-catenin表达率是“+ + +”为 11.1% (1/9) ,显著低于乳头状型者 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 β-catenin的表达与膀胱移行细胞组织学特征及侵袭有相关性 ,可作为判断肿瘤恶性程度、侵袭、预后的有价值指标。

Objective To study the expression of β catenin andits relationship with the character and the invasion of transitional cell carcinoma Methods Immunohistochemistry SP was used to test the expression ofβ catenin in 46 cases of transitional cell carcinoma Results All the mucous epithelium of bladder expressed β catenin,and its rate in transitional cell carcinoma sepaately showed '+++' was 52 1%(24/46),'++' was 32 6%(15/46) and '+', 15 2%(7/46),and that of the invasive typesowed '+++' was 11 1%(1/9) which was significantly lower than that in the cases of papillary(P<0 01)  Conclusions The expression of β catenin was related to the character and the invasion of the invasion of the cytohistology It can be regarded as a valuable index to decide the exted of malignant tumor,its invasion and prognosis
