降纤酶治疗肺心病难治性心衰疗效观察

Observation of Effect on Defibrase in Treating Chronic Cor Pulmnale on Retractary Heart Failure

目的 探讨降纤酶治疗肺心病难治性心衰的临床疗效和安全性。 方法 将 64例肺心病难治性心衰患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,全部病例按常规治疗 ,治疗组加用降纤酶 5 u加入 0 .9%氯化钠 15 0 ml中静滴 ,每天 1次 ,监测心功能、血氧饱和度及血液流变学指标 ,取治疗 7天后的临床资料进行评价。 结果 临床总有效率治疗组 90 .6% ,明显高于对照组的 68.8% (χ2 =4.73 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,无严重不良反应 ,治疗前后心功能、血氧饱和度及血液流变学指标比较 ,治疗组优于对照组 ,两组具有显著或非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1)。 结论 降纤酶能明显改善肺心病难治性心衰患者的心、肺功能 。
