介绍了DCS的配置及其功能特点 ,并分别从螯合离子交换树脂塔的控制、烧碱浓度PID控制、氯氢压力的双闭环比值调节、系统溶液的pH值调节。
The arrangement,functions and characteristics of DCS are introduced.The control plan and design thinking are recounted resp. from the aspects of control of chelate resin tower,PID control of caustic soda concentration,the ratio adjustment of double closed loops of both chlorine and hydrogen pressure,the pH adjustment of system solution and the interlocking function of automatic control of instrument in the production of caustic soda.
