摘要
应用Instron材料试验机在室温下测量了空心玻璃微珠(HGB)填充聚氯乙烯(PVC)复合材料(PVC/HGB)拉伸性能。结果表明:试样的弹性模量随着HGB体积分数(φ_f)的增加而线性增大;而屈服拉伸强度(σ_(ye))和拉伸断裂能则随着φ_f的增加而缓慢下降;当φ_f为5%~20%时,PVC/HGB的断裂拉伸强度(σ_(bc))均高于未填充PVC;HGB粒径对试样的σ_(ye)和σ_(bc)的影响不太明显。当φ_r为5%时,PVC/HGB的拉伸强度均高于PVC/CaCO_3复合材料。
The tensile properties of the composites of polyvinyl chloridc(PVC)filled with hollow glass heads (HGB) were measured at room temperature by means of an lnstron material testing machine. The results show that the Yong' s modulus increases linearly with HGB volume fraction (Фf) while the tensile yield strength(σye.) and tensile fracture energy decreases gently with increasing Фf. The tensile break strength (σbe ) of the composites is greater than that of the unfilled PVC when Фf falls into the range of 5%- 20% . The effect of the HGB size on σye and σbe was insignificant. The tensile strength of the composite PVC/HGB surpasses that of the composites PVC/CaCO3 when Φf equals 5% .
