摘要
用差示扫描量热法多次扫描研究聚苯硫醚(PPS)在不同的熔融温度(T_(mrh)以及交变温度熔融对其结晶行为的影响 结果表明:PPS的结晶温度(T)随T_(mrh)提高而降低;但T_(mrh)低时,PPS的T随扫描次数增加而提高。随扫描次数增加,PPS呈现多结晶峰。同一试样交变温度熔融,低温溶融结晶的T总是比高温溶融结晶的T高,而且与扫描次数无关,归结于PPS的自成核作用。
Effect of melting process on crystallization behaviour of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) was studied in multi - scanning mode with differential scanning calorimetry at different melting temperatures (Tmelt). The results show that crystallization temperature ( Te) of PPS goes down as the Tmelt increases. However, the 71 of PPS rises with the times of scanning in case the Tmelt is low. Also, multi - crystallization peaks occur as the times of scanning goes up and finally vanish when the scanning continues. For an identical sample, the Te of PPS whose melt crystallization started from 300℃is always higher than that started from a higher Tmelt and is independent of the times of scanning. This phenomenon can be attributed to the self - nucleation of PPS.
