摘要 综述了Unipol聚乙烯工艺的进展Unipol Ⅱ工艺生产的薄膜级聚乙烯树脂很好地综合了韧性和加工性,向加工多样化和线型低密度聚乙烯膜的减薄推进了一大步;研制出生产双峰分布聚乙烯的双金属催化剂;减少了生产粘性聚合物时流化床反应器结块;冷凝态技术取得重大进展;对流化床反应器底部进气口进行改造等。调查了国内该工艺应用厂家在生产中遇到的问题和相应的对策,提出了扬子石油化工公司引进该工艺时应注意催化剂专利、反应器结构、设备(如循环气压缩机)等方面的问题。 This paper reviewed the progresses of the Unpol all - density polyethylene(PE) technology. The film grade PE resin produced with Unipol II technology reached a proper compromise between the toughness and processability, symbolizing a great step toward the diversity in processing and thinning of the linear low - density PE films. The technical progresses were involved with developing the bimetal catalyst for producing bimodal PE. reducing the blockages in the fluidized - bed reactor in case o{ making viscous polymers, improving the condensation technology and revamping the inlet at the bottom of the reactor. A survey was made against the problems occurred in the production of the domestic customers of the technology as well as the corresponding countenneasures.
