摘要
本文对三个抗瘟性不同的水稻品种进行了抗性基因分析和鉴定,结果表明:大理782和云粳136对所测菌株的抗性分别受pi-ta和pi-i各一对单基因控制;雷火粳持有三对基因分别控制着所测菌株的抗性,其中两对鉴定为pi-k^s和pi-k基因,另一对与已经报导的基因型不符,本研究结果对抗病育种及筛选单基因鉴别品种均有重要意义。
The resistant genes of 3 rice varieties, were analyzed and differentiated With the strains of Pyricularia oryzae in greenhouse. The results showed that the resistance of Dali 782 to the strains used is controlled by Pi-ta gene; and the resistance of Yungen 136 to the strains used is controlled by Pi-i gene; while in Leihogen there are Pi-k^s, Pi-k and other 1 gene that differ the Japanese genes discovered. These results are quite important for breeding resistant varieties and selecting monogenic differential varieties.
