摘要
绒毡层细胞在其发育中常见畸形增生,有的细胞特别肥大,在电镜下可见这种肥大的绒毡层细胞胞质肥大成不规则的团块状,其核不分裂,细胞器结构简单,但同心圆内质网清楚可见,它们有的还随着绒毡层细胞的肥大而增生,绒毡层细胞常过早或延迟解体,在花粉母细胞减数分裂前期Ⅰ中层细胞还清楚可见的时侯,绒毡层细胞却已完全解体,电镜下可见这种过早解体的绒毡层垂周壁已解体,呈外由质膜包着的无细胞结构的一大片,其内只有少量的不完整的细胞器,中层,药室内壁和表皮的发育几乎不受低温影响。
Tapetum often displayed malformation and hypertrophy. Various hypertrophic, lumpish cytoplasm, nuclei wilhout division, simple organelle and concentric circled endoplasmic reticulum were observed in hypertrophic tapetum under electron microscope. Tapetum often degradted late or early. At prophase I, the middle layer still can be seen clearly, but the tapetum was degradted, the radial wall of the earlydated tapetum little or incomplete organelle within. Can be seen by electron microscope. The development of middlelayer, endothecium and epidermis was not influenced by low temperature.
