摘要
介绍了用混相催化精馏和超精密精馏技术生产1-丁烯装置的生产工艺特点,总结了生产中以循环水代替过滤水作为泵的冷却水、将系统低压蒸汽操作压力由0.2MPa提高到0.42MPa、将两段保护反应器工艺流程由串联改为并联、改进塔压控制系统等优化工艺、降低产品能耗物耗等技术改进措施。
The production process, characteristic of the plant for producing 1-butene with mixed phase catalytic distillation and super precise distillation method was introduced. The improvement measures such as replacing filtering water with circulating water as cooling water of pump, raising the pressure of the low-press steam from 0.2 MPa to 0.42 MPa, changing the secondary guard reactors from series connection to parallel connection, and improving the pressure control system of the distillation were summed up, these measures optimized the process and reduced the consumption of energy and material.
