摘要
利用反应加工技术制备了聚氯乙烯/废胶粉热塑性弹性体,并就实验工艺、增容剂种类及用量、增塑剂DOP用量、废胶粉粒径及用量对材料性能的影响进行了研究,对增容机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明,反应加工时间存在一个最佳值;NBR、CPE均可作为该热塑性弹性体的增容剂,两者并用时其增容效果较好,含有硫黄的NBR混炼胶效果更好,聚氯乙烯/废胶粉质量比为40/60~60/40时材料的综合性能最佳。
By means of reactive process technology,PVC/waste rubber powder (WRP) thermoplastic elastomer (TPE)were prepared.The effect of experiment conditions,compatibilizer type, amount of DOP,WRP size and amount of WRP on properties of the TPE were studied.The compatibilization mechanism was also discussed.The results showed that there existed the optimal time of reactive process.Either NBR or CPE could be as the compatibilizer of the TPE,and compatibilization efficiency was better by blending NBR and CPE,the effect of NBR compound containing sulfur was better than that of pure NBR. When the mass ratio of PVC/ WRP was 40/60~60/40,the TPE could reach the optimal overall properties.
