干法生产普钙技术改造的方案优化

摘要 根据干法普钙工艺的缺陷 ,从综合利用钛白废酸为出发点 ,以水煤浆代替重油作燃料、钛白废酸直接参加混化反应 ,改干法工艺为准湿法工艺。改造获得成功 。 In the light of the defects in the production of single superphosphate by the dry method and in consideration of the comprehensive utilization of spent acid from titanium dioxide production, heavy oil is replaced by coal water slurry as fuel, the spent acid from titanium dioxide production participates directly in the mixing reaction, and thus the dry method is changed to the quasi wet method. The retrofit is successful, and remarkable economic and social results are obtained.
