摘要
通过对PDS法高硫煤气脱硫溶液再生系统的改进和完善 ,并加强对工艺操作指标的控制 ,使脱硫效率一直稳定在 80 %~ 85 % ,且脱硫碱耗显著下降 ,副盐回收不受影响。在新厂焦炉煤气的空塔一级脱硫中也取得了较好的效果。PDS脱硫催化剂在我厂改良ADA法脱硫装置上定期使用 ,起到了清塔的作用 ,降低了脱硫装置的检修费用。
By improving and perfecting the solution regeneration system for the desulfurization of high sulfur gas by the PDS process and tightening the control of process operation indices, the desulfurization efficiency has always been steady at 80%~85%,the consumption of potash in desulfurization decreases considerably, and the recovery of by product salt is not affected. In a new plant good results are obtained in the first stage desulfurization of coke oven gas in the empty tower. The PDS desulfurization catalyst is used regularly in the desulfurization unit by the modified ADA process at this plant for cleaning the tower, thus reducing the recondition expense of the desulfurization unit. This process in suitable for the first stage desulfurization of high sulfur gas in any desulfurization unit.
