P·Romer and R·Lucas have studied the relation between endotrophic technique progress and economy growth on the foundation of the neo-classic growth theory,gradually developed the endotrophic growth theory.This theory provides the theoretical bases for the economic development of western China in technique progress,introduction and cultivation of human capital,government support and other aspects.
