“入世”后就业和人才问题的对策建议

摘要 就业问题是我国目前和未来发展面临的突出矛盾。加入世界贸易组织后 ,我国就业压力将进一步加大 ,人才争夺更为激烈。要把加快发展作为增加就业的根本途径 ,在拓宽就业领域 ,丰富就业形式 ,加快城镇化进程以促进农村劳动力转移等方面采取综合性措施 ,创造更多的就业岗位。要实施人才战略 ,提高劳动力素质 。 For China's present and future development, the issue of employment has been, and will continue to be one that requires much attention. Moreover, China's employment situation is pregnant with grim possibilities, and the competition between domestic and foreign employers for competent employees will get more heated as a result of its entry into the World Trade Organization. In this context, it should be fully recognized that a relatively fast pace of economic development is key to deal with the employment issue, and the government should take comprehensive measures in terms of broadening the employment fields, multiplying the employment channels, and speeding up the process of urbanization to promote rural labour transfer, so that more job opportunities can be created. Also, the government should implement strategies of training and employing talented people to improve the overall quality of the country's labor force. Only in these ways can China gain vantage in the foreseeable heated competition for competent employees.
