摘要
论述了国有商业银行实施客户经理制的必要性及现实意义 ,剖析了客户经理制在实践中存在的问题 ,提出了实施客户经理制的几点对策。
The necessity and realistic significance of the client's executive system in state owned commercial banks are dealt with. Based on the analysis of its practical issues, the countermeasures to implement the client's executive system are proposed.
