Based on the analysis of the necessity for state owned commercial banks to enhance their organization efficiency, in view of the contemporary problems in the organization system of state owned commercial banks, and learning from the advanced organization systems of commercial banks in the western countries, the countermeasures to enhance organization efficiency of state owned commercial banks are proposed.
