摘要
从时代要求提出了大学生文化素质教育的目标构架 ,并基于对大学生文化素质状况的分析 ,设计了加强大学生文化素质教育方案。
According to the demand of the age, the goals of college students' cultural quality education are put forward. Based on the analysis of college students' cultural quality, a plan to strengthen college students' cultural quality education is worked out.
