摘要
以我校的公共基础课教师队伍为例 ,分析公共基础课教师队伍现状及存在的问题 ,提出了改善农科院校公共基础课教师队伍结构 ,加强其队伍建设的措施。
Taking Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as a case, the current status of basic course teaching staff is analyzed, and the countermeasures to perfect its personnel structure and strengthen its construction are proposed.
