广西干法水泥窑的现状及热工性能的评述

Review on present status and thermal property of dry process cement kiln in Guangxi

通过对广西在运行的干法水泥窑进行调研 ,同时对广西华宏水泥股份有限公司的日产 1 0 0 0 t熟料的干法水泥窑进行了热工标定 ,收集了大量的热工参数及操作数据 .本文通过综合分析 ,客观地对广西干法水泥窑的现状及热工性能作出评价 ,同时指出区内该行业发展过程中存在的问题 .

A large number of thermal property parameters and orerating data are collected based on the survey of operating dry process cement kilns in Guangxi and thermal process measuring data of one dry process cement kiln of 1000t cement clinker production per day owned by Guangxi Huahong cement Corporation Limited. The present status and thermal property of dry process cement kiln in Guangxi are the problems existing in development of dry process cement kiln in Guangxi are also indicated.
