980MHz四级式介质滤波器的研究

研究了用高介电常数介质谐振器设计滤波器的方法和制造工艺 ,分析了影响谐振器插入衰耗的主要因素。在陶瓷基片上形成电容耦合 ,制造了四级式低损介质谐振器滤波器。滤波器测量结果表明 ,能满足设计要求。

The Study of the designing method and making technology of the coaxial resonators filter of high dielectric constant.The main factors which effect insertion of filters are analyzed.The designing filter is a bandpass filter consisting of four high Q value dielectric coaxial resonators.They were coupled to each other through capacitors on the dielectric substrate.The results of testing samples reveal that their electric properties meet designing demands.
