摘要
采用普通陶瓷工艺,制备了适用于甚高频段(UHF)的Co_2-Z型六角晶系铁氧体材料。通过测量这种材料的复数磁导率μ的频散特性,发现其共振频率可达3GHz以上。测试不同烧结温度下的样品的磁谱表明,随着烧结温度的上升,复数磁导率μ的实部μ′上升,但共振频率f_r和截止频率f_c均下降。SEM照片显示,这是由于晶粒随烧结温度升高而长大所致。
The Co2-Z type hexagonal ferrite materials used in UHF band were prepared by conventional ceramic method.The frequency dependence of complex permeability of materials was measured by using microwave network analyzer.The results showed that resonance frequency of materials was more than 3GHz.The complex permeability under different sintering temperature was measured, the real patr of complex permeability increased, but resonance frequency fr and cut-off frequency fc went down while sintering temperature rose. These were caused by growing up of the grains while sintering temperature rose.
