摘要
在我国电力改革的新形势下 ,为保证电网规划顺利进行 ,需要解决电网投资方式、输电服务定价、规划方式及方法等一些问题。电力市场中电网规划的目的仍是在保证可靠性的前提下满足日益增长的电力需求 ,提高总体社会效益。文章对有关电力市场中电网规划的若干问题进行了探讨 。
The unbundling of generation and transmission is an important step of the current power industry restructuring in China.In the new market environment,successful network planning relies on a proper framework of investment,transmission pricing,and planning methods as well as tools.The objective of transmission planning under deregulation is to provide adequate transmission capacity to meet the market demand,maximize the total social benefit while still ensuring the transmission reliability.However,the investment style is different from the traditional ones,such as having various investors and different investment style is different from the traditional ones,such as having various investors and different investment purposes.In this paper,several important issues of transmission planning are discussed in detail,and some opinions are provided.
