略述荞麦生产的现状和开发利用

An Outline of the bresent status of Buckwheat Production and its Exploitation

本文综述了国内外荞麦生产的现状、研究成果,并结合云南特点对如何开发利用荞麦资源、提高养麦产量,提出了一些建议。

The present paper aims at introducing the use, biological characteristics and high yield cultivating techniques of buckwheat, summarizing its present status of production, and research achievements in China. In addition, the writer proposed the way of exploiting buckwheat production, based on the concret conditions of yunnan.
