Search for New Nonlinear Optical Crystals among the Borophosphates

摘要 我们实验室生长了ZBP、MZBP、BBP、SBP等硼磷酸盐晶体并研究了它们的基本特性。这些晶体机械性能良好、物化性质稳定、不潮解、倍频效应与KDP(KH2 PO4 )相当。 Single crystals of β-Zn 3BPO 7,Mg xZn 3-x BPO 7,BaBPO 5 and SrBPO 5 have been grown respectively at our laboratory.These crystals have good mechanical properties and are not hygroscopic.They exhibit second harmonic generation effects comparable with that of KDP(KH 2PO 4).
