以较详实的数据，对我国加入ＷＴＯ后，磷肥的需求、产量、进口量进行了分析和预测，对引进和国产的装置进行了投资成本分析，提出了磷肥国产化的具体措施，并对磷肥企业的改造和发展提出了建议。

Using the comparatively detailed data, author analyses and predicates the inland's demand, production and imported quantity needed of phosphor fertilizer in allusion to that China has participated into WTO, and also analyses the invest capital of imported plant with the plant by 'Native Production'. The concrete measures of 'Native Production' for phosphor fertilizer plant are given, moreover the sug- gestion of reforming and development for phosphor fertilizer is also pre- sented
