摘要
本文研究了偶氮氯膦 - m A与钙的显色反应 ,建立了测定钙的双峰双波长分光光度法。在氢氧化钠的强碱性介质中 ,钙与偶氮氯膦 - m A形成稳定的蓝色络合物 ,5 30 nm为参比波长 ,640 nm为测定波长 ,可用双波长法测定钙。表面摩尔吸光系数为 ε=1 .6× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1· cm- 1,钙的浓度在 0~ 1 2 μg/1 0 m L范围内符合比尔定律。本法用于微量钙的测定 ,方法选择性较高 。
The research on the color reaction of calcium(Ⅱ) with CPA-mA is reported in this paper. In alkaline medium of NaOH, calcium(Ⅱ) and CPA-mA can form a stable blue complex. Based on this, trace calcium can be deterrmined by dual-wavelength Spectrophotometry. The apparent molar absorption coefficient ε is 1.6×10 4L·moL -1 ·cm -1 , Bear's law is obeyed by calcium(Ⅱ) in the range of 0~2μg/10mL. This method can be applied to determine trace calcium in some food samples, which is proved to be higher selective and sensitive.
