以糠醛为原料合成基础有机原料α-呋喃丙烯酸,以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,经酯化合成出α-呋喃丙烯酸系列酯类香料,收率在62%-82%之间,且普遍具有焦糖样甜香和水果样香气。

α-fronic acrylic acid was synthesized by using furcate as raw materials. The erification for the esters of α-fronic acrylic acid is taking place in the present of p-toluensulfonic acid as catalyst. The yield of the esters is between 62%-82%. All the esters have the aroma of caramel and fruit.
