甘露醇治疗脑出血患者的临床观察和护理

CLINICAL OBSERVATION AND NURSING ON CEREBRAL HEMORRHAGEPATIENTS TREAED WITH MANNITOL

目的 探讨脑出血患者应用甘露醇时的临床观察与护理。方法 选择脑出血患者34例,进行意识状态、生命体征、液体出入量、电解质、肾功能及甘露醇注射局部组织的现察和护理。结果2例出现一过性血尿,16例BUN升高,8例出现肌酐轻度升高,停药后恢复正常。5例出现低钠、低钾症状,补充后得以恢复。结论 脑出血患者应用甘露醇期间的临床现察十分必要和重要,及时发现和积极处理肾功能及电解质改变,做好护理工作对患者的预后十分重要。

Methods observed the consciouaness, vital signs, daily intake and output volume, renal function,electrolyte,and nucsed with abnormal cases. Results transient hematuria in 2 cases,BUN and creatinine increased in 16 and 8 cases respectively, got to normal after withdraw the mannitol. Hyponatremia and hypokalemia in 5 cases. Conclusion clinical observatio and nursing are very important in cerebral hemorrhage patienta during the treament of mannitol.
