Risk Factors for Repeat Ectopic Pregnancy

【目的】研究重复异位妊娠的危险因素 ,探讨其预防措施。【方法】随访 310例首次异位妊娠的患者 ,最长期限 5年 ,其中 41例再次发生异位妊娠 ,用Cox回归分析探讨重复异位妊娠的危险因素。【结果】重复异位妊娠的正相关因素包括妊娠次数、子宫内膜异位症、盆腔粘连 ,负相关因素为避孕。【结论】盆腔粘连是重复异位妊娠的主要危险因素。

Research the risk factors for repeat ectopic pregnancy, and study the measure of its preventions. 310 cases of first time ectopic pregnancy were followed up. Among them 41 cases occurred ectopic pregnancy again. Risk factors were identified by Cox regression analysis. The adverse factors for repeat ectopic pregnancy include the number of pregnancy, pelvic adhesions and endometriosis. Contraception is the advantaged factor. [Conclusion] Pelvic adhesions is the most prominent risk factor for repeat ectopic pregnancy.
