摘要
应用改良甲苯胺蓝染色法对猪回肠肥大细胞与肠道淋巴组织的关系进行了研究。粘膜型肥大细胞(MMC)数量较多,散布于固有膜中,与淋巴细胞共存。根据胞体形态的不同,将粘膜型肥大细胞分为两型,即T型—MMC和Ⅱ型—MMC。结缔组织型肥大细胞(CTMC)数量较少,但在数量分布上具有明显的区域性差异,其中以Peyer结周围最多,而肌间结缔组织中最少。此结果显示,肥大细胞在猪回肠壁内的分布具有明显的区域性差异,而这正是其发挥不同作用的免疫形态学基础。
Modified toluidine blue (MTB) staining procedure was employed to investigate the anatomic localization of mast cells among the lymphonoid tissues in swine ileum. A great number of mucosal mast cells (MMCs) were randomly scattering in the laa propria as in the manner of coexisting together with the lymphonoid tissues. Morphologically, MMCs could be divided into two types in terms of their shape and size, MMC-type Ⅰ and MMC-type Ⅱ, respectively. Comparatively speaking, the number of connective tissue-type mast cells (CTMCs) was greatly less than that of MMCs. However, anatomic difference of distribution pattern of CTMCs in submucosal layer, muscular layer, and plasma membrane could be markedly viewed under the microscope, being most abundant at the peri-Peyer's patch area. By contrast, fewer CTMCs scattered in intermuscular connective tis- sue. These results show that the regional difference in distribution pattern of mast cells is a prominent morphological feature of adult swine ileum, indicating versatile role that mast cells could play in the digestive immune system.
